Comment
Note that the subunits of TFIIIB-beta are conserved between human and yeast; however, in yeast a single TFIIIB complex regulates transcription of tRNA, 5S rRNA and U6 snRNA genes, whereas two different TBP-dependent TFIIIB activities exist in humans.
